Absolutely. It is a great time to measure windows, plan furniture placement and really get a better feel for the home. If you can’t make it the entire time, I would really like to meet with you at the end of the inspection to go over the onsite report and discuss maintenance plans.
If under 2000 sq. ft. with city utilities the fee is $500.00 due at time of service. Well & septic and more square feet require a higher fee.
I email a copy of the report to the buyer and the buyer’s agent, with the buyers consent. The buyer and buyer’s agent decide who else receives a copy.
Yes. In most cases unless the roof pitch is excessively steep or the structure is too high. Walking on metal and tile roofs can cause damaged and are not walked on.
I also check with the Texas Department of Insurance to ensure Coastal County Properties have a Windstorm Certificate.
Yes. Some Inspectors don’t. I believe it is extremely important to inspect the wiring, breakers, bonding and etc.
